Along with Sam Sports, Dutch founded McNeal-Sports & Company in 2009. He handles agency operations while also assisting the insurance needs of businesses and individuals.
Born and raised in Blackshear, Dutch attended Pierce County High School followed by attending the University of Georgia. In Athens, he earned two Bachelor's Degrees in Real Estate and Risk Management & Insurance from the Terry College of Business. He received the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 2012 and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Workers Compensation Advisor. Dutch resides in Pierce County with his dog, Gus.
Sam was born and raised in Blackshear. After graduating from Pierce County High School, he would go on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance & Risk Management from the Terry College of Business. Sam currently resides in Blackshear wife Erica, a teacher at Patterson Elementary, and their daughter, Elouise.
Sam is a founding partner of McNeal-Sports & Company where he mainly puts his efforts into servicing commercial, agricultural, and unique personal insurance exposures. He is currently working towards completing requirements for his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Workers Compensation Advisor (CWCA) designations.
Danielle has been with McNeal-Sports & Company since 2011 after working in the banking industry. Her primary focus is helping individuals insure their personal home and auto exposures. In 2013, Danielle earned the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She is currently licensed to sell Property & Casualty products in Georgia. After moving to Waycross from Florida, Danielle went to Ware County High School and still resides in Ware County with her family.
